I started quilting about 13 years ago when my husband and I were first married. I am mainly self-taught and have completed a variety of quilts hand pieced and quilted and machine pieced and quilted. I've also done some raw-edge applique.
I particularly enjoy making smaller quilts -- baby quilts, wall hangings, throw quilts -- because you see the results of your work so quickly!! I have become a fabric hoarder and quilt shop junkie as well.
I've recently begun to take on a commissioned quilt here and there. I am a mom to 3 three littles so those projects are carefully chosen but enjoyed. I sew AND quilt entirely on my home sewing machine. If you are interested in commissioning a quilt, please contact me at inpinsandneedles@gmail.com
